Make it a more festive holiday with Gringo's Hola-day Boards!
I've been a huge fan of Gringo ever since he opened their first store at SM North in 2016. His chicken and nachos are my favorites - basta anything with the lemon herb sauce. It's the best! To date, Gringo already has a total of 18 branches - can't believe I've only been to Greenhills, SM Megamall, and Ayala Malls the 30th!
Gringo is preparing for Christmas as early as October by coming up with dishes that will certainly put you in the celebratory mood. To start, he's come up with his own version of Lechon Cubano.

The Lechon Cubano, a slow-roast, Cuban-style lechon belly, is marinated with a special mixture of aromatics. It is perfectly crunchy and crispy on the outside, yet truly tender on the inside – somewhat like Gringo who has a soft spot for families and friends who gather together for a meal during the season of sharing.
We all know that lechon plays a huge role in celebrations, especially here in the Philippines, so I'm pretty happy that Gringo decided to offer this - it will certainly bring more people to his stores this holiday season.
Drizzled with a special Chimichurri sauce, Gringo is offering the Lechon Cubano in different sizes: Chikito (for one), Pepito (for two to three) and Bendito (for four to five). This can also come in set meals with sides. But for office parties and potluck celebrations, make sure to get the Fiesta Pack which is good for eight.
Sancho Board
If you want to party with some friends, I highly recommend getting the Sancho Board. It includes a combination of Gringo's bestsellers such as the Original Roast Chicken and BBQ Ribs with the new Lechon Cubano.
If seafood's more your style, then go for the Buena Board as it includes his Tilapia Fingers with Salsa Verde (which I also got to try and it's pretty good - you don't have pick the meat off the bone as they've already done it for you).
Both boards also come with four soft tacos, a platter of rice, side of nachos, and a pitcher of delightful house-brewed iced tea. For dessert, try the Ube de Queso. It's a special limited-time only offering and I absolutely recommend you guys to try this! I'm not much of an ube fan but this had just the right amount of it so it's not nakaka-umay.
