Gringo opens its eighth store at Ayala Malls the 30th!
Even though my friends and I just had dinner, we couldn't help but line up and wait for a table. I honestly love Gringo and their affordable grub!
My personal favorite is their Original Chicken. Some prefer the Southern Spice Chicken, but I really like the fact that the Original Chicken has a lemony and herby taste to it.
My friend, Richie, got himself a half rack of Gringo's baby back ribs with two sides.
We then shared an order of their Crispy Catfish Salsa - topped with tomatoes and cilantro. Quite yummy, if you ask me. The salsa packs a lot of flavor, so I do recommend this for those who love fish!
