So yeah, August has been a pretty colorful month. Been hanging out a lot with friends and discovering new things.

Marshmallow Butterscotch Brownies

Last week, I created these delicious Marshmallow Butterscotch Brownies while waiting for my sister to wake up. These would probably be my favorite out of everything I made so far - see Red Velvet Crookies, Nutella Brownies, and Cheesecake Balls - not only because they're the yummiest (in my book, at least), but also because I didn't really know what I was doing the entire time. I kept telling myself "bahala na" so I was really happy when they turned out exactly how I wanted them to - chewy and moist. 

Experience First Class at Aria Nail Lounge

Being that I love traveling and always look forward to discovering new places, I visited Aria Nail Lounge in Quezon City just a few days ago.

 

Aria Nail Lounge was opened in March 2013 by sisters Lorraine and Sheryl with the aim of providing a first class nail spa, waxing and massage service at an affordable price. They wanted to differentiate themselves from other nail spas by having a unique theme/design that will give the feel of being exclusive, classy, relaxing and first class. So they came up with an airplane-themed nail spa. Oohh, interesting, right?
