Up for something healthy-ish?
Welcome to Chef Du Partie (or CDP) Global Table - a restaurant offering global cuisine by Malou Fores of Mamou and Recovery Food.
It's a quiet place in the middle of the busy Makati CBD. The concept is inspired by the owners' travels abroad, mainly to Paris and New York, as you'll notice from its interiors and menu design.
Recently, I visited CDP Global Table with The KTG fam and tried out their newest healthy-ish dishes. Healthy-ish because CDP understands how people nowadays have different definitions of what's healthy - it can mean no meat for some, clean eating, or a keto diet for others. So their newest bowls are basically just somewhat healthy - well, they're definitely healthier than what I usually eat, at least.
