As if Friday isn't already everyone's favorite day, HEAT at Edsa Shangri-la gives us more reason to celebrate the end of the work week by going Mad for Lobster every Friday night!
This isn't my first time to visit HEAT, but let me tell you this - with all the new dishes I saw and ate that evening, it might as well have been. I mean, I've never seen this many lobster-themed dishes in one buffet!
Seafood lovers will definitely rejoice as they are greeted with HEAT's three-tower display of seasonal crustaceans! You can choose from Boston, Rock, Slipper, Pacific, Tiger, Japanese, and Bamboo Lobsters then have it cooked whichever way you want - with cheese, a hint of lemon, garlic butter, hot off the grill, stir-fried Chinese style, or simply steamed.
Aside from that, the chefs from Edsa Shangri-La's different F&B outlets have created specialty lobster dishes just for the buffet! Check out these Japanese Lobster Rolls, Lobster Spring Rolls, Indian Lobster Curry, and would you believe, Lobster Bisque Ice Cream??
I also recommend trying their Lemongrass Lobster, Chili Garlic Lobster, Lobster Ceviche, Lobster Tandoori, and Lobster Thermidor! HEAT definitely takes lobsters to a whole new level with their wide selection of everything lobster!
When they say Mad for Lobster, they definitely mean it!
You don't even have to worry about things getting messy or your clothes dirty because they have supplied aprons and gloves for the complete foodie experience!
I'm telling you, you'll never run out choices, especially since HEAT's Mad for Lobster comes with their signature buffet spread! Yes, everything you'll normally find at HEAT is still available on Friday evenings!
What to expect: fresh greens, charcuterie and artisan cheeses, sushi rolls and sashimi, lamb chops, lechon, ribeye steak, roast duck, fish shawarma, laksa, dimsum selections, and many many more!
Make sure to leave room for dessert too! ;)
Go Mad for Lobster every Friday at HEAT, Edsa Shangri-La for only P2615 nett!
HEAT is located at Edsa Shangri-La, 1 Garden Way, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
