My friends and I completely fell in love with this place! <3
Stacy's is this homey, pastel-colored establishment located in Capitol Hills and BGC. We went to the latter since it was nearer to where our balikbayan friend, Ep, was staying - a welcome change for me since I'm from QC and don't actually get to go to BGC that often.
This is definitely my kind of place - florals and polkadots everywhere! It's also great for celebrating occasions like bridal/baby showers!
Have some complimentary popcorn, mallows, and pretzels in a mug while waiting for your food to arrive!:)
I went with the Stacy Jones (P235)
Tender yakiniku cut US beef sirloin tapa smothered with loads of fried garlic. Served with "anyway you like 'em" eggs, fresh tomato, and roasted garlic rice
Here's the Waikiki Omu-Rice (P225)
Spam pan-grilled in brown sugar (caramelized spam) and folded into buttery mushroom fried rice, wrapped in a yummy cheesy two-egg omelette. Served with creamy Japanese mayo, tomato ketchup, and dried chili flakes
Dear John Sardine Pasta (P230)
Angel hair pasta with Spanish sardines and olives, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese
Fresh flowers go perfectly well with the whole theme of the restaurant! <3
