Mike and I visited the UP Town Center supposedly to have lunch there, but since we couldn't decide on a place to eat, we headed to Crazy Katsu in Maginhawa Street instead. No complaints here though, because Crazy Katsu proves that you don't have to spend a lot to eat great food. ;)
Just check out how happy Mike was with his miso soup (P30)!

To be honest, I was a little disappointed with how their menu only lists down the names of their dishes and their prices. It didn't have any photos or descriptions to go with the few dishes they served. Good thing photos were hung on the wall, so instead of looking at the menu, we ordered based on those photos and the server's suggestions.
Apparently, a bowl of soup is enough for the both of us. Sobrang sulit!
I went with their Chicken Katsu (P145).
The chicken is just a bit spicy, so if you want your food really hot, you can douse your rice with the sauce (you can ask the server for some extra). That's what I did. Yuuum!:)
Mike went with their Katsudon (P150). Definitely better with the additional spices, in my opinion. ;)

In the end, it didn't matter how their menu looked like or how limited the food options are at Crazy Katsu. I loved their food and I will definitely come back for more. Still have to try their Gyoza and Iced Coffee :D
