Missing Japan

I flew to Japan for two weeks in December 2011. I had been dreaming to go there for I don’t know how long already, and seriously, I just have to say, it was the most amazing trip I’ve ever been on. No doubt about it. The only downside is that we weren’t able to visit many tourist spots, but still, Japan is such a beautiful country. I hope I get the chance to visit again soon, especially during cherry blossom season (March/April). Below are some of the photos I took during the trip:

Bento box during the tour

A trinket stall all the way up the mountain
Mirrors on the streets so people can watch out for cars coming from the other direction
Oyama Cable Station
A mom and her child spending time on the park one fine Autumn morning.
Light tunnel at Gotemba-shi. It was amazeballs. :o
Probably one of the few group photos we have :p
I felt like I was entering a whole new world.
Not so busy train station
McDonald's in Japan! Had my first Big Mac here :)
Finally, roller coaster! <3

I love you, Japan!! ♥

Hey, I'd love to hear from you! Leave a comment below and I'll get back to you soonest!

  1. Ohmygoodness! Japan is so beautiful! I've always wanted to visit there and see where my father's family grew up. My uncle (whom I call Japan Thaya - in English the literal meaning is Japan Uncle) still lives there and whenever he comes to visit brings back the sweetest Japanese treats and accessories!

You look like you had a lot of fun! Loveeee the pictures! I can't wait to visit one day!

    1. Yes, I did! And I would really love to visit Japan again in the near future! My parents are currently there and I'm so jealous :|

Oh, you should ask your Japan Thaya if you could stay with him when you visit, because the hotels there can be really expensive! But yeaaah, it's really beautiful! Worth every cent I spent :)
