Sushi fans unite!
Ayala Malls the 30th is fast becoming my favorite mall - mainly because of all the dining options available. One that ranks high on my list is Genki Sushi. Why? Well, because I love all things Japanese, especially salmon sashimi! Haha!
So when I visited Genki Sushi one Saturday and discovered they had all these new dishes, I just had to try them! Yes, all of them!
It was Princess' first time at Genki Sushi that day, so she couldn't help but tinker with the tablet used for ordering. It's pretty high tech if you ask me. All you have to do is choose your orders from the tablet by adding them to your cart, and that's it!
In a few minutes, your orders will arrive via shinkansen on a conveyor belt! Cool, right?
We started off with a couple of fried dishes namely the Fried Salmon Skin (P100), French Fries with Pollock Roe (P120), and Fried Chicken with Pollock Roe (P180).
Next, we tried their salmon donburi - the Salmon Teriyaki and Salmon Black Pepper (P380 each). Portions are good for its price, but personally, I prefer my salmon raw.
So even though it's not new, I still made sure to order a plate of sashimi.
Though I was really excited when I found out they now have new Trio Selections - salmon, kanikama, shrimp, and gunkan trio.
