Are you Mad for Wagyu?
After experiencing Mad for Lobster Fridays at HEAT Edsa Shangri-La, we came back a month after to check out their Mad for Wagyu offerings which happens every Saturday.
It is HEAT's themed buffet where they bring out all their signature melt-in-your-mouth wagyu dishes for one night every week. They have items like the Wagyu Beef Cheek Cannelloni, Marinated Wagyu Beef Yakiniku, Wagyu Beef Bulalo, Wagyu Tenderloin Wellington Wrapped in Puff Pastry, a Whole Wagyu Prime Ribeye, and so much more!

When they said Mad for Wagyu, they weren't kidding!
Don't worry though, because Saturday dinners at HEAT are not just limited to wagyu. Their themed buffet actually comes with their signature buffet spread as well! What's available on regular days can also be found at Mad for Wagyu (so you can at least take breaks between wagyu dishes). What's available - fresh greens, seafoods, charcuterie and artisan cheeses, sushi rolls and sashimi, lamb chops, lechon, roast duck, laksa, dimsum selections, and many many more!

Go for unlimited iced tea and soda-based mocktails for just an additional Php 250 nett (or Php 875 nett with unlimited Heineken draft beer)! But if red wine's your thing, it's an additional Php 1,200 nett - that's inclusive of all the drinks I mentioned :)
Don't forget to leave room for dessert! They have a good selection available, but what you can't miss is the Pecan Maple Ice Cream. It is seriously THE BEST. I went back for it three times!
