Last Tuesday was the launch of Go Gangnam! A Korean Food Festival at the Food Exchange at Novotel Manila. During the event, we were treated to traditional Korean drum and fan dances. I've been to Korea before but this is the first time I watched something like this. Thank you to the Korean Cultural Center for their beautiful performances! Kamsahamnida!

From February 21 to 27, the all-day dining restaurant is celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Korea. In partnership with Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam, Embassy of the Republic of Korea and the Korean Cultural Center, feast over all-time Korean favorites for buffet lunch and buffet dinner, authentically prepared by Korean Chef Jong-Man Kim who flew all the way from South Korea to share his masterpieces of scrumptious Korean dishes like Japchae, Bibimbap, Bibim-naengmyeon, Hobak Namul, Pork Bulgogi, Korean Braised Chicken, Grilled Pork Ribs, Stir-fried Kimchi Rice and much more!

Aside from that, you will find Food Exchange Manila's mouthwatering international delights like their brick-oven pizzas and create your own pasta at the Italian section; Chicken Curry and Chicken Tikka Masala at the Indian section; their very own homemade ice cream like Ube Langka, Choco Rocky Road, Passionfruit Gelato; freshly made Puto Bumbong and Bibingka at the Dessert station; and my personal favorites, the Spicy Salmon Roll and Philadelphia Roll from the Japanese section.
