Serenitea 2020 Diary + Holiday Drinks

Here are more reasons to visit Serenitea this Christmas season!

With Christmas just two weeks away, everyone's rushing to get their shopping done and making sure that everything's ready in time for the holidays. I personally love this season as it's when I get to meet with old friends and catch up on anything and everything!

Just the other day, I met up with Iris, a work-turned-blogger friend, at Ayala Malls Vertis North in Quezon City. We don't really plan much (we try), but more often than not, we message each other a day or two days before, sometimes, on the day na! Luckily, we both live in QC, so it's really easy to meet whenever.
Since we were meeting at 2pm, we decided to hang out at Serenitea located on the mall's top floor. They've released new drinks for the holidays and being dessert lovers, we, of course, had to try them! Iris got the Red Velvet Santa Mocha while I went for Merry Triple Chocolate.

I absolutely loved my drink as it's all about - yep, you've guessed it - chocolate! It's basically cocoa, chocolate ice cream, AND choco cookie bits finished off with a whipped ice cream topping. It's a great drink to have when you're stressed or just looking to indulge your sweet tooth. If they make a hot version of it, I wouldn't mind ordering it, too! It's that good! Also, since it's more on the sweet side, I'd recommend lowering the sugar level to 50%. Saktong sakto lang siya for me.

Now, if you want something coffee based, go for the Red Velvet Santa Mocha. It has a generous serving of red velvet chocolate, choco cookie bits, and of course, whipped cream as well. P.S. If you can, please do try to bring a metal/bamboo straw to lessen plastic waste! Serenitea sells them too, so just ask the staff if you want to purchase one. These two drinks are available until December 31, 2019.

Aside from the drinks, I also bought a couple of Serenitea 2020 Diaries! I couldn't choose between the two covers, so I got both to give as gifts. (I would kept one for myself if I hadn't already gotten a planner two months ago!) I don't know about you, but I'm pretty old-fashioned when it comes to planners. I still enjoy writing things down rather than typing them on my phone. I love being able to look back on my thoughts, plus, it helps me remember things better. Phone calendars just don't work for me. Hehe.

Anyhoo, the limited-edition Serenitea 2020 Diary is FREE for every single receipt purchase worth Php 1,000. It's also available for purchase at Php 499 each, but if you want the more sulit route, I suggest getting Php 1,000 worth of GCs instead to spend on a later date (that's what I did!)
I love how simple the pages are and the fact that there's more than enough space to write on for each day. The diaries are also filled with fun activities to help you get to know yourself better - like Palate Pleasers for your favorite food discoveries; a Commitment Log to list down things you want to change/improve on; and What To Aim For This 2020 to remind you of all your goals for the year.
The diaries come with monthly discount vouchers so you can enjoy your favorites at a lower price! Not bad, right?? This is definitely the best time to visit Serenitea! If your friends are anything like me (loves milk tea/frappes and writes everything down), then you should consider giving them Serenitea GCs/diaries this Christmas! Easy peasy gift idea.
