Two thumbs up for consistency!
My first visit to Johnny's Steak and Grill at B Hotel in Quezon City was in 2016. I remember writing about it and talking about how great the food was, everything from the steaks down to the sides and desserts.

Even though I'm still not as particular when it comes to steaks, I still know how to appreciate a good one. As I mentioned to the staff, I like how consistent they are in terms of the food. Everything is still on point - the way they cook the steaks, the flavor of the sauces, their superb side dishes, and the amazing cakes.
Prime Rib Eye (220g) served with Roasted Vegetables (P1,300)
U.S. Beef Rib Eye with Mac and Cheese (P980)
U.S. Beef Rib Steak with Steak Rice (P980)
Lamb Rack Cap with Onion Rings (P1,300)
Cab Upper Choice Porterhouse Steak (280g) with Cajun Fries (P1,750)
Personally, I prefer my steaks with sauce. I understand some people are fine with just salt and pepper, but I really like mine with more flavor (I just like dishes with a lot of sauce more in general). For the sauces, there's four to choose from: Shallot and Red Wine, Peppercorn, Mushroom, and Garlic. I'm glad I got to try them all, because normally, I'd go for anything with mushrooms in it, but it turns out, I like the Garlic and Peppercorn sauces the most. For the sides, my favorites are the Steak Rice and Mac & Cheese.
They also had us try some of their healthy drinks like Ampalaya, Carrot Ginger, Tomato Honey, and Apple Radish. I'm not a huge fan of vegetables, so I didn't like these either. Haha! Sorry! But I did enjoy their cakes. ;)

Their cakes retail for Php 180 per slice or Php1400 for a whole cake. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and quality of food here at Johnny's Steak and Grill. The prices aren't bad either! I think they're more affordable than other steak places in Quezon City. I've recommended this to friends before and will continue to do so in the future.
