The best burger joint in town!
Say hello to Boutique Burger Kitchen located at the Fort Strip! This place takes their burgers seriously, so expect to find pretty great ones here. After all, BBK is owned by Chef Carlo Miguel.
For those who don't know, Chef Carlo Miguel is also the man behind Draft and Brewery. So if you're a fan of those restaurants, you will definitely enjoy BBK, too!

BBK has a 50's retro diner feel to it. There is attention to every single detail, which I completely love.
We were also told that a lot of the memorabilia displayed come from the chef's personal collection. Cool, right?
I especially love the blue walls - they're the same color as my navigation bar on the blog (look up!)
My friends and I have been meaning to try BBK for a while, but finding a common schedule is always difficult. So we decided to make the most of the day by spending all of it catching up over different types of food! Haha! It was another food crawl-ish session for Richie, Mark, and Bianca that day (we missed you, Princess!)
I'm glad we got to push through with our plans. I seldom enjoy burgers, but the ones I found here at BBK were outstanding! I may even have eaten more than my guy friends during our visit. Haha!
Fried Pickles (P180)
crispy beer-battered dill pickles with BBK ketchup
Loaded Fries (P180)
skinny fries with BBK cheese sauce and bacon bits
Chicken Nuggets (P280)
homemade 100% organic chicken nuggets with honey mustard and BBK ketchup
THE BURGERS:
French Flair (P390)
gruyere cheese, dijon mustard, french fried onions, bacon, and mushroom
Classic Cheeseburger (P280)
American cheddar, lettuce, onions, tomato, mustard, and BBK ketchup
The Aussie Burger (P380)
cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, fried egg, beetroot, pineapple, grilled onions, and BBQ sauce or BBK ketchup
I honestly didn't expect to like the burgers as much as I did, but the patties were so juicy and flavorful, I finished my share of every single one! Even the appetizers stood out in their own way; though out of the three, the nuggets were my favorite as they're made from 100% organic chicken!
Gourmet Burger Steak (P220)
signature U.S. angus wagyu beef patty with garlic rice and homemade gravy
If you prefer rice with your beef, there's always the Gourmet Burger Steak that comes with a generous serving of their homemade gravy! ;)
Don't miss out on their milkshakes because they're the thickest in town!
They're made with BBK's homemade ice cream, so I'm telling you, you won't be able to find these anywhere else! I recommend the Vanilla, Nutella, or Salted Caramel Milkshakes (P180).
And finally, dessert:
Cheesecake (P280)
creamy New York style
Fudge Brownie (P220)
served ala mode with ice cream
Mango Meringue Sundae (P220)
vanilla ice cream, fresh mango, and crunchy meringue
That Fudge Brownie is EVERYTHING. I loved it!! Extra ice cream on mine please!!
