Since our Isdaan roadtrip to Nueva Ecija was cut short due to the rain, we decided that on our way home from La Maja Rica Hotel, we'd have lunch at Isdaan's first ever branch - Tarlac! Would you believe this branch has been around since 2005?
Isdaan Floating Restaurant is the first massive Filipino restaurant theme park with an Asian (mostly Thai/Malaysian) inspired design. We headed there for lunch - a boodle fight consisting of Bulalo Soup, Mixed Adobo, Lechon Tinupig Manok, Pritong Lapu-Lapu, Spicy Crab, Lumpiang Bukid, Bagong Saing sa Kaldero, Ensalada, at Tacsiyapong Gulay.
They set up a delicious feast for our group and accompanied it with a lot of singing and dancing.
Every visit to Isdaan is definitely a unique and fun dining experience!
Championship Round Boodle Fight
Php 3,169 for 4 / Php 6,476 for 8 / Php 8,963 for 10 / Php 12,856 for 15
Here's what's included in the Championship Round Boodle Fight: Bulalo Soup, Mixed Adobo, Lechon Tinupig Manok, Pritong Lapu-Lapu, Spicy Crab, Lumpiang Bukid, Bagong Saing sa Kaldero, Ensalada, at Tacsiyapong Gulay
It's also where I had the BEST and MOST REFRESHING buko shake I've ever had in my life!
After our heavy lunch, it was finally time to explore Isdaan!
Similar to the Isdaan in Nueva Ecija and Laguna, Isdaan Tarlac features a lot of huts where you can eat at, Asian-inspired sculptures perfect for photo ops, and funny-looking statues you can get selfies with! It's perfect for road trips with families and friends, especially since they don't charge any entrance fees! All you have to do is eat there and you'll have access to the entire park!
As always, make sure to pay a visit to the Tacsiyapo Wall to get all your frustrations out!
Throw plates, cups, and even a television against the wall and I guarantee, you'll feel much better afterwards! ;)
Isdaan Floating Restaurant is located at 219 MacArthur Highway, Gerona, Tarlac, Philippines.
