From June 7 to 18, explore a culinary journey with beautiful Italia at Cucina, Marco Polo Manila!
Italian cuisine has always been a favorite of mine - pizza, pasta, and antipasti selections are definitely on the top of my list. So when I heard that Marco Polo Manila is bringing a true Italian feast for a limited time, I immediately booked a seat for the very special event!
With guest chef and Italian native from Marco Polo Hong Kong, Chef Andrea Delzanno, comes a fusion of centuries-old traditions of the Italian cuisine with an innovative twist. Just like how art is produced in Rome, Chef Andrea prepares his dishes with full attention to details, coming up with exquisite, satisfying, and purely delizioso dishes, carefully crafted to true Italian taste.
Discover a bold palette of flavors from a great variety of fine ingredients at Cucina for both lunch and dinner!

For the antipasti, taste dishes like the Mixed Seafood Salad with Lemon Dressing, Parma Ham and Melon, and Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella Caprese.
The Traditional Tomato Soup was a crowd favorite. It is served with garlic bread and parmigiana cheese. I could have this all day.
Cucina will also be serving Risotto with Mushrooms - very flavorful, with the perfect creamy consistency I always look for in the dish.
For the mains, go for the Slow Roasted Lamb Leg with Garlic and Herbs, Braised Chicken Cacciatore Style, Deep Fried Seafood with Aioli Dip, and Garoupa with Tomato Sauce, Olives, and Potatoes.
For dessert, the Italian specialties would be the Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Fresh Fruit Tart, and Chocolate Pudding with Amaretti. My favorite is the latter, but don't take my word for it, try them all yourself!
Aside from these, you can still enjoy Cucina's signature dishes for the entire duration of Festa Italiana - everything from salads, breads, cheeses, pizzas, grilled meats, fresh seafood, pastries, and more!
Enjoy a sumptuous lunch and dinner buffet as Guest Italian Chef Andrea Delzanno presents his signature dishes from June 7 to 18. For Father's Day, dads can dine in for free for every four paying guests!
