From January 27 to 29, Food Exchange's Chef Alen Meng from China will be preparing special lauriat sets featuring authentic Chinese dishes from different parts of China, for as low as Php 13,999++.
You may choose among three sets - Lucky (13 dishes), Fortune (15 dishes), and Prosperity (18 dishes).
Aside from that, Food Exchange, Novotel's international buffet restaurant, will also be highlighting their Chinese selections just for the occasion.
For Gourmet Bar, guests may enjoy Novotel's Auspicious High Tea for only Php 1,874 nett good for four persons which will include premium tea with Chinese delicacies such as mini pao, siomai, tikoy roll, rice mango, cake roll, and gulameka. This will be available from January 25 to 29, 3pm to 5pm.
Here, they also offer wines, spirits, fresh fruit shakes, juices, coffee, and sodas. Their Rosemary Red Lychee and Passionfruit Basil Iced Tea are really good!

I definitely loved the food we got to try that afternoon, especially the Jilin Black Chinese Ginseng Soup, Taiwanese Stir Fried Beef with Sha Cha Sauce, and Almond Lychee!
