Lilac Street is fast becoming the Maginhawa Street of Marikina. Mike and I checked out a few establishments during our trip there a few months back, and one of our favorites would have to be Burrito Brothers. They're the same people behind Kebab Brothers, and now, Breakfast Brothers. Since we had planned on going restaurant/stall hopping, we decided to just share a small Chicken Burrito (P99), which we immediately regretted after taking our first bites.. because we wanted more. Mexican rice, refried beans, all layered with freshly topped cilantro, tomato, green bell pepper, white onions, mild salsa, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and sour cream rolled in a warm soft flour tortilla - now doesn't that sound delicious?
Their other offerings include: super taco, chimichanga, burrito dog, cheesedog wrap, quesadilla, taco salad, taco pizza, ice cream wrap, nachos, chili con carne, rice meals, and more.
