A few Sundays ago, my family started going to church together. It's pretty great, actually. It's one of the few times a week we get to spend as a whole. Aside from us finding time with God, we've also found time for each other, as we've been eating out after every service! Last week was no exception.
Found ourselves at Bugis along N. Roxas Street (near Banawe)!
I forgot to take photos of everybody (again), but I do have photos of the food, which I'm sure you'd rather see anyway. :P
Here's what we had for lunch that day, starting with the Crunchy Tofu with Mushrooms (P120).
Assorted Numnums (price range from P25-P35 per stick)
Hainanese Chicken with Rice (P180) - didn't try this since I'm not a fan of Hainanese chicken :P
Singapore Laksa (with two extra bowls of soup) for only P180!!!
Tomato Porkchop Rice (P155) - Has lots of tomatoes and onions on top (which my mom and brother gladly ate for me)
Spring Rolls (P120)
Satay Beehon (P120) - HUGE servings.
Chicken Chops (P120) - So good with gravy!
Chicken Curry with Rice (P180)
Also, I suggest ordering the Strawberry Kiwi Shake, it's so goooood.
I think we ended up spending a total of P1,400 (there were five of us) and we didn't even finish the food! We brought home the Hainanese chicken, beehon and chicken curry. But seriously, when eating at Bugis, make sure to order the laksa. My dad couldn't stop raving about it even a few days after. Haha!
