If you're looking to bring your family, friends or significant other somewhere new this weekend, then check out Movie Stars Cafe located along Seaside Boulevard at the Mall of Asia. Words cannot explain how much fun I had there last month, so let me just share the photos Mike and I took that night. We got to watch some pretty cool production numbers and make friends with our favorite movie characters while we enjoyed their scrumptious buffet offerings. There's just so much to see - from movie posters hanging on the walls to life-sized statues of popular superheroes - that will definitely bring joy to movie fanatics everywhere (no matter how old they are).
Luckily, Mike knows a lot about movies, so he filled in the blanks when I saw characters or props I wasn't familiar with.
More than a "movie memorabilia studio," Movie Stars Cafe is also a place where you can eat and relax. They are open from 4pm-2am on weekdays and 12pm-2am on weekends, with shows happening every 30 minutes from 7pm-12:30am. The entertainment doesn't stop there though. If you arrive before or after the show schedules, they have this huge screen so you can watch movies instead! :)
When it comes to the food, you have two options - buffet or ala carte. We went with buffet, of course, but the menu looks pretty interesting, too.

Needless to say, Mike and I were having a blast. But the night was just beginning! :)
Soon after the show started, random characters started walking around and taking pictures with the guests. One that got us real excited was Atom from Real Steel. Eeeeeeek too cool!! :)
