This is actually my second time trying their hand spa service, so I'm not going to delve into the details again. If you want to read more about the whole process, I suggest you check out this post instead.
For this session, I went with the Best of Entrée Hand Spa, specifically the Antioxidize and Cleanse, which makes use of Cucumber Scrub, Coffee Mask, Green Tea Oil, and then finishes with their Signature Massage. The Entrées are P350 for Manicure, P450 for Pedicure, or P750 for both.

I personally think it's a good deal, since Kitchenails really makes sure to take care of our hands and feet. Just take a look at how my hand looked before the service:

I know, it's kind of gross. I don't bite my nails, but I pick them, especially when I'm stuck in traffic. So you could say I was in dire need of a manicure. Haha!
So far, this has been the best session yet. Melda has been doing my nails for three months now, and I've noticed that she has already become more familiarized with how to properly cut my nails and the skin around it. I highly recommend her if you have thin cuticles because she's very careful with them. I often leave nail salons with a bleeding finger, so the fact that she has light hands is a huge plus for me. She pays attention to every single detail, no matter how tiny and no matter how OC you are, she will cater to your every need. She's also good at carrying conversations, so she was also able to help me relax. I stayed at the VIP room for the 90 minutes that I was there, and I left feeling lighter and less stressed.

While I lay in bed that night, I could still smell the scent of coffee on my arms. That early evening session really helped me destress, so thank you so much, Melda! :)

Kitchenails is located at Level 3, TriNoma Mall (near the Family Lounge, in front of Henry's Professional)

I bite my nails too! I would have liked to see a close up of the nails when she was finished. I am in constant need of a manicure but cannot get around to going to a spa and really taking the time for myself. I need to get a manicure and pedicure done soon.Glad you were able to de-stress also.
ReplyDeleteHello! I completely forgot to take the after shot since I ran off to have dinner immediately after. Haha.
DeleteAnd you really should set aside time for yourself! Being busy shouldn't be an excuse :)
This looks amazing! I work a lot with my hands from typing and from being a teacher during the day. So I would love to pamper them. Having my hands covered with the scent of coffee is just a bonus!
ReplyDeleteOhhh you teach?? I used to teach preschool! I can imagine how tired your hands must be, so yes, go get a manicure asap! :)
DeleteThis is so nice! I think they really know how to give the best to their customers. I just wonder if they have other branches. QC is quite far from me :D

Hi Kristine! I forgot to mention they have a branch at Alabang Town Center as well :)
DeleteI like the concept that they combined a nail spa and a kitchen idea together. People these days are really getting more creative when it comes to business. And good for you that you already had a manicure because I haven't done this for a long time already!
ReplyDeleteHi Kareen! I believe that it's important to always set aside some me time, no matter how busy I am. It's also a great way to destress so I highly recommend it!
