Travel Diaries: Dumaguete

Dumaguete
It's been a while since I've last seen water this blue.

Dumaguete
In every place we visit, we make sure to drop by at least one church..
Dumaguete
to thank God for the opportunity to travel and see His wonderful creations.
Dumaguete
And, of course, for keeping us safe wherever we go.
Dumaguete
I've always loved the beach. Not because I'm a great swimmer.. because I'm not. I almost drowned once (long story).
Dumaguete
I just find it so calming. Waves crashing.. wind in your hair..
Dumaguete
with no one else but you and your loved ones in sight.
Dumaguete
It's nice to be able to break out of your schedule to get out and live life.
Dumaguete
Traveling is one way of doing that. With that said, I'm already looking forward to my next adventure.

What about you?

Hey, I'd love to hear from you! Leave a comment below and I'll get back to you soonest!

  1. I love Dumaguete! Plus the fact that it's just a few hours boat-ride away from Bohol, Cebu, Siquijor. I also love it's surrounding places like Valencia, Zamboanguita and Mabinay.

    1. Wow! You've been to a lot of places! Unfortunately, I haven't been to Siquijor (and Valencia, Zamboanguita and Mabinay haha). But hoping to see more of the PH - and our beaches - real soon! Thanks, Giz! :)

  2. Hi love your adventure! I think I might go there after I travel to Cebu... I saw a list of budget hotels on http://www.webbline.com/budget-hotels-in-cebu/ which are all great deals! Maybe you can suggest the best from them because they are so many haha

    1. Hi Melissa! Thank you so much! :) I think we stayed at Hotel Nicanor, though I'm not really sure since these are old photos (as in from maybe three or four years back) haha! But I'm sure wherever you end up staying, you'll have a great adventure like I did! Safe travels! :)
