Rosegal Guide: How to Order, Shipping, and Customs

Here's a step-by-step guide for ordering on Rosegal!

Is Rosegal a scam? Apparently, a lot of people on the web have doubts about the legitimacy of Rosegal. Is it too good to be true? Why are the clothes so cheap!? Well, I'm here to tell you that's it's real, guys. It's all legit!

In a span of one year, I've ordered from Rosegal twice and in those two occasions, all the items arrived (and yes, in good condition). Below are the links to my two hauls:

Ordering on their website is pretty easy. Just head over to rosegal.com (they're currently offering sweet deals for Valentine's Day), create an account, then start shopping by clicking one of the categories. Rosegal sells thousands of items on their websites ranging from clothes, shoes and bags, accessories, hair, and even home decor.
Once you've found the item/s that you like, click Add to Bag. Make sure to check the size guide to ensure the item fits you or the person you're planning to give it to. Based on my experience, sizes vary per item (for example, I can either be Medium or Large) so don't skip this step!
As of this writing, all you need is a minimum order of $25 to avail of the website's free standard shipping offer (I believe this is normally $45, you can check it here). And, if it's your first time on the site, you can get an extra 15% off!
On occasions, Rosegal also gives away coupons for additional discounts, so if you see one, type it out in the box marked Coupon Code to save up on your order. Once you're ready, click Checkout or Check Out with Paypal.
Standard shipping takes 12-25 business days to arrive, but if you're in a rush, they also have an Expedited Shipping option (5-10 business days) at an additional cost. Take note that this doesn't include the Processing Time which is somewhere between 3-7 days. Basically, total delivery time equals processing plus shipping time.

---

After payment, you will receive an email from Rosegal with details of your order as well as a link to the courier's website and a unique tracking number you can use to check for updates.
I'm not really sure how the whole customs thing work yet with Rosegal though. When I ordered from them last March, I had to pick up the package at the postal office. However, my recent order got delivered straight to my house. The only difference between the two is this: first one was standard shipping while the second one was expedited shipping. So maybe that's why? Or it could be random. I honestly don't know. I'll update you guys on this once I know more.

So yeah, I guess that about covers it for now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask or contact Rosegal's customer service here.
