British Invasion at Marco Polo Manila

Celebrate some of Britain's best bites and brews this March at Marco Polo Manila!

From March 1 to 24, foodies from all over the metro are invited to sample British favorites masterfully prepared by the culinary team led by Executive Chef Alisdair Bletcher. This is the first time that the hotel's doing one theme for four of its outlets, so this is definitely something you shouldn't miss! 

Start off at Cafe Pronto for their selection of tarts and pies, best enjoyed at the start of the day or in the afternoon paired with a cup of coffee. A good place would also be Connect Lounge located on the 24th floor of Marco Polo Manila - from pastries to their seasonal feature of a refreshing Pimm's cocktail. Vu's Sky Bar and Lounge also celebrates with Fish and Chips as well as Bangers and Mash matched with a glass of San Miguel Draft Beer for Php 699 from Wednesdays to Saturdays, 5pm to 9pm. Fridays until the 24th are extra special at Vu's so come and listen as British songs will be played live all throughout the night for all its guests! 

My personal favorite? The buffet at Cucina, of course! Just yesterday, I visited the restaurant with a couple of friends. We had some old favorites (from Italian to Japanese to Indian) and tried their British selections as well.
