Quick and Easy: Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats
Do you find yourself always rushing to work in the morning, with no time to cook, let alone eat breakfast? If you do, then I might just have the solution to your problem - overnight oats!


Overnight oats is like making breakfast in advance! All you have to do is mix the ingredients and leave it in your fridge overnight (duh), and it'll be ready by morning. What I did was to put it in a mason jar, so I could just bring it to work! It's easy, convenient and most of all, healthy! :)
Overnight Oats
Here are the ingredients:
1/2 cup oats (I used Australia Harvest)
1/2 cup milk (I used Cowhead Lite)
1/2 cup yogurt (I used Yoh Froz's plain yogurt)
2 tsp sugar (to taste)
dash of salt
Overnight Oats
You can always add in some fruits and nuts, but I would suggest doing so in the morning (to avoid them getting soggy).
