Travel Diaries: Puerto Galera

Puerto Galera
Oh, Philippines, you are beautiful.

If you're looking to dive in Puerto Galera, then Sabang Beach is for you.

But since we didn't know how to dive, we decided to spend most of our day at White Beach instead.
Puerto Galera
I personally prefer White Beach over Sabang because (1) Sabang Beach doesn't have a beach in the sense that there's no sand to lie down on, and (2) accommodations and food are more affordable at White Beach (Sabang is more frequented by foreign tourists hence everything is more expensive). The only downside - since the two beaches are far from each other, a one-way tricycle ride from one to the other will cost you 200-300 pesos. A bit pricey, but you'll totally forget about it once you're on the beach! ;)

Definitely loved the very laid back vibe at White Beach. It was also great that there weren't a lot of people when we visited. Hooray for random weekend getaways! :D

So glad to have found someone who loves to travel as much as I do. More adventures please!! :)

We headed back to Sabang Beach just in time to watch the sun set. Even though we were only there for a night, it's a trip I'll probably remember for a very long time. That was when I witnessed the most breathtaking sunset I have ever seen. I feel extremely blessed that it happened while I was there and it definitely made the trip a hundred times more worth it.

I don't think photos can ever give justice to what we saw that day. Just beautiful. <3
